OPW is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth within its cryogenic products and solutions business. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on developing new business opportunities, opening new markets, and building strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, technical sales or key account management
- Ideally background in cryogenics, industrial gases, valves, fluid handling, process equipment, LNG, hydrogen or related technical markets
- Strong ability to open doors, build trust and develop new customer relationships
- Technical understanding sufficient to discuss customer applications and identify needs
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team-oriented personality; not a lone wolf
- Comfortable working in a highly international, cross-functional environment
- Self-driven, structured and able to manage several markets or projects in parallel
- Willingness to travel internationally
