Business Development Manager – Cryogenic Solutions (m/f/d)

OPW is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth within its cryogenic products and solutions business. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on developing new business opportunities, opening new markets, and building strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, technical sales or key account management
  • Ideally background in cryogenics, industrial gases, valves, fluid handling, process equipment, LNG, hydrogen or related technical markets
  • Strong ability to open doors, build trust and develop new customer relationships
  • Technical understanding sufficient to discuss customer applications and identify needs
  • Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive revenue growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team-oriented personality; not a lone wolf
  • Comfortable working in a highly international, cross-functional environment
  • Self-driven, structured and able to manage several markets or projects in parallel
  • Willingness to travel internationally
