The National Marketing Manager-FS will support the Marketing/Business Development Manager in daily operations, assist in team development and project management, and drive branding through marketing collateral and social media exposure.
Requirements
- Manage the activities of the Marketing Department and its staff
- Drive the branding of DHIFS through marketing collateral, social media exposure and presence and industry event participation.
- Work in conjunction with the parent company DR Horton to maximize marketing efficiencies and find joint marketing mediums and opportunities.
- Communicate with various branches and departments to improve products and company image
- Work with the Compliance Department to ensure requirements are clearly communicated between the Marketing and Compliance teams
- Review new custom marketing material and new template designs for brand standards and compliance requirements
- Assist in new project roll outs and implementations
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
