Job Title

Drawboard is looking for a Sales Operations & Lead Generation Coordinator to join our team and supercharge our backend sales processes. You will be the engine behind our outbound sales – identifying prospects, coordinating virtual assistants (VAs), managing workflows in spreadsheets, and feeding high-quality data into our email automation systems. This is a doer’s role with a strategic edge.

We’re not just looking for someone who can generate leads – we’re looking for someone who canbuild and optimise a repeatable, scalable outbound machine.

I’m sure this is the perfect role out there that has experience in a few of these things and loves to take control over a project – all whilst making it easy to report and handover.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect Identification: Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to define target audiences and compile lead lists.
  • VA Team Management: Oversee a team of offshore virtual assistants (in Asia):
    • Assign research tasks.
    • Monitor quality and productivity.
    • Audit lead data for accuracy and completeness.
    • Train and correct when needed.
  • Workflow Optimization: Maintain and build advanced Google Sheets with formulas, automations, and scripts (with help from ChatGPT or other tools).
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Draft and refine cold emails.
  • Organize and format contact data.
  • Upload campaigns to platforms like Reply.io or similar outbound tools.
  • Reporting: Track metrics on lead quality, volume, and VA performance. Report regularly to the CEO.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing offshore teams (VAs or freelancers across time zones).
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills – You should be fluent in formulas, data cleaning, filtering, and basic automation (you need to know how to use ChatGPT or similar to optimise Google Sheets automation).
  • Outbound sales exposure – Understanding of cold outreach strategies, email copywriting, and tools like Reply.io, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar.
  • Process-driven mindset – You love building workflows and tightening operations.
  • Strong communicator – Clear in writing, proactive in reporting issues and insights.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or a tech company.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Some copywriting chops for cold outreach and landing pages.

  • You can’t, or aren’t willing to, manage offshore people that may require a few messages to help them through in their time zone
  • Never been involved in sales before
  • You can’t demonstrate that you have used AI tools like ChatGPT to help your work
