What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the leadership of our Sales & Success team to identify, develop, and scale our sales processes to drive growth
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to highlight core metrics: pipeline coverage, stage conversion effectiveness, forecast rollups, etc.
  • Automate motions across the Go-to-market (GTM) team that scale outcomes and increase operating leverage
  • Build and implement scalable processes and workflows to help the team operate efficiently as we scale

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, ideally for an early-stage, high-growth business
  • Experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and GTM motions
  • Collaborative approach with strong communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate data to drive strategic insights and decisions
  • Automation knowledge using Low-code tools (Zapier, etc)
