Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Specialist works closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for construction-related services. Duties include tracking and processing production data, navigating internal billing processes, and expediting billing transactions.
What You Will Do
Operate proprietary billing systems, perform accounting and customer service tasks, collaborate with stakeholders to resolve billing inconsistencies, create invoices and billing materials, and calculate and track financial statements.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a billing coordinator/revenue specialist role
- Knowledge of construction and/or telecommunications industry
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Strong data entry skills and attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent communication, time management, multi-tasking, and problem skills
- Strong attention to detail
