Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the alignment and optimization of sales, marketing, and customer success operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career analyst looking to grow their technical and business acumen in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a remote position with up to 20% travel to support team meetings, planning sessions, or key business initiatives; primarily to Oklahoma City, OK.
What You Will Do
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to support revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking. Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the revenue lifecycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in an analytics, operations, or revenue-focused role (internships or relevant project experience considered)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
- Experience using at least one BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau
- Basic understanding of sales and revenue concepts (pipeline, forecasting, trends, etc.)
