Senior Manager of Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The BizOps team at Clever sits at the intersection of revenue strategy and execution — partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to build the data infrastructure and operational playbooks that drive growth. We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to own the end-to-end RevOps function and fill a critical gap on the team: someone who can think clearly about the business and do the work themselves.

What You Will Do

Own bottom-of-funnel operations: pipeline review, renewal forecasting, NRR/GRR tracking, and contraction analysis. Build data-driven recommendations end-to-end — from the initial model to the leadership presentation. Drive ARR dashboard automation and reduce reliance on manual data reconciliation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, with strong experience in bottom-of-funnel operations (CS, renewals, NRR/GRR)
• Prior people management experience — has directly managed a team
• Solid across analytics, process, and systems — comfortable moving between all three, not just one
• Strong Salesforce proficiency: able to build, maintain, and improve complex reporting and data workflows
• Track record of building data-driven recommendations independently and presenting them to senior leadership
• Clear, concise communicator — precise with language and credible in the room with executives and cross-functional leaders
• Change management instincts: able to bring stakeholders along without disruption
• Experience operating in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment (e.g., OKR-driven org)
