Role Overview
The Analyst, Revenue Operations will serve as the analytical foundation of the Revenue Operations organization, building and maintaining reporting infrastructure, pipeline and retention dashboards, and data analyses to drive executive-level decisions. This role will work closely with Salesforce, CS platforms, and BI tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
What You Will Do
The Analyst will build and maintain forecast accuracy tracking models, forecasting input quality dashboards, KPI reporting deliverables, health score distribution reporting, sales productivity reporting, and capacity and coverage model maintenance. They will also partner with RevOps systems and data teams to identify and escalate data quality issues and support data reconciliation.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a closely related analytical role within a B2B SaaS or data-driven organization
- Hands-on experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated track record building accurate, well-documented analytical deliverables under recurring time pressure
- Exposure to core B2B SaaS revenue metrics and the ability to explain them clearly
