We’re seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to bridge the gap between our technical paper and pulp product offerings and our customers’ needs. As a key advisor to our customer accounts, you will ensure that operational challenges are clearly defined and that solutions are implemented to achieve the full potential in improving the customer’s operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience with Paper and Pulp specialty chemical solutions, technical support, and account management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to solve customers’ technical challenges and assist with improvement process utilizing product knowledge
- Goal oriented and initiative-taking approach to seeking new business
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
