As an Associate, Sales Operations at Dun & Bradstreet, you will shape the future by leading the coordination of customer requirements, gathering answers from experts, and recommending improvements to RFI processes. The role involves evaluating requirements, managing assessments, and collaborating with sales, subject matter experts, and customers. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of RFI management software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, law, or other relevant field
  • Strong working knowledge of IT Security, Sustainability, Privacy & Compliance, Physical Security, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assessments simultaneously
  • Ability to act as the voice of the customer internally and challenge the organization to meet customer expectations
  • Strong teamwork skills to ensure comprehensive and accurate responses
  • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors
  • Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market (where applicable)
