The Manager, Data Operations will provide daily leadership to a team of Analysts and/or Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and support multiple lines of business. The role requires expertise in data operations, big data analytics, automation, and data visualization, with a focus on generating business insights and streamlining business processes.
Requirements
- Lead Global Data Operations processes based on D&B’s established best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Create new data-driven approaches for the purpose of generating business insights through data analytics, automation, and data visualization.
- Champion the use of new tools and techniques to maximize big data opportunities and leverage the latest data engineering thinking and techniques.
- Explore advanced big data analytics in emerging areas such as machine learning and artificial intelligence to streamline business processes and working practices.
- Engage clients and D&B colleagues to identify business needs and develop, implement, and manage solutions.
- Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support governance initiatives and products, building and testing Proof of Concept that meet business needs.
- Search for new alternative solutions based on use cases – customer problems by business unit, data quality and additional data needs.
- Complete understanding and successful application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards related to solid instructional design principles in developing instructor lead (classroom and on the job) and e-Learning training programs and quality programs.
