Role Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team by managing sales data, generating reports, analyzing trends, and improving sales processes. The role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that all operations run smoothly, while also working to optimize sales tools like CRM systems.

What You Will Do

Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights that support commercial decision-making. Monitor and maintain data quality across sales systems, ensuring accurate reporting and reliable business insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, or a similar function
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (we use Salesforce) and how they support sales effectiveness, pipeline management, forecasting, and business performance
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, generate actionable insights, and translate findings into business recommendations
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite, with experience creating dashboards, reporting solutions, and performance analysis
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective relationships across sales, marketing, and business teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a sense of ownership for delivering results
  • Experience leveraging automation, AI-powered tools, or emerging technologies to improve processes, reporting, and business outcomes
  • A continuous learning mindset and genuine curiosity for new technologies, data-driven decision making, and process improvement
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
