You’ll be the operational backbone of our People Ops function, building our People Ops systems, owning the day-to-day execution of HR processes, ensuring pragmatic compliance across France, and supporting our US operations. You’ll reimagine what’s possible when you have AI agents at your fingertips.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, ideally in fast-growing startups or tech companies
- Deep knowledge of French labor law
- US employment law familiarity
- Payroll experience
- Operational excellence
