Digital Analytics Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Expert to join the Digital Data & Insights team. In this role, you will be accountable for turning multi-source digital data into insights and recommendations that shape global marketing decisions.

What You Will Do

You will own and connect the full digital analytics stack, ensuring that every recommendation you make is grounded in reliable data and translated into business impact. You will also develop AI agents for internal operations.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on depth in digital analytics — Adobe Analytics (or equivalent enterprise platform) plus Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager are essential;
• Experience working with marketing automation and CRM data (Marketo and Salesforce preferred), including campaign attribution and funnel analysis;
• Demonstrated ability to combine multiple data sources into a single analytical narrative and derive recommendations with quantified business impact;
• Strong SEO/search analytics understanding, including the current shift toward AI-driven search and its measurement implications;
• Interest in — ideally experience with — AI-assisted analytics workflows and automation;
• Fluent English and the ability to translate technical data into clear, stakeholder-ready language; presentation skills to senior audiences are a serious plus;
• Self-driven working style: big scope, real independence, proposals brought proactively — comfortable operating without micromanagement in an international, multi-time-zone environment;
