Financial Analyst III

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst III will have at least 4 years’ experience in an analytical role supporting manufacturing operations, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Ideal candidate will be comfortable with open-ended frameworks and will deliver detail-oriented, forward-thinking analysis.

What You Will Do

Ability to take high-level financial results and return concrete and detailed deliverables analyzing drivers and trends, lead initiatives to streamline or automate manual reporting and recurring month-end processes, and model proposed business changes into financial impacts for scenario analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, analytics or related field
• 4+ years of financial analysis, cost accounting, or related work experience
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with P&L, Balance Sheet and standard financial statements
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
• Ability to model and analyze data to help make decisions
• Experience in Manufacturing
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experienced in report-writing (Excel-based report writers such as IFS Business reporter, HFM/Smartview, IBM Planning Analytics; SQL a plus)
• Proficiency in ERP (IFS) with strong ability to navigate subledger activity, reporting and other queries
