Role Overview
As a Dynatrace Solution Engineer, you will be a key member of the Dynatrace sales engine and will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to the sales team. You will be the expert on Dynatrace and all facets of Advanced Observability. This hybrid role is based in Denver, Colorado.
What You Will Do
You will execute great demos demonstrating Dynatrace’s unique approach in solving customer pain, manage proof of concepts (POCs) onsite and remote, build key relationships with customers, and complete RFIs & RFPs. You will also evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings at trade shows and customer meetings, partner with sales representatives to identify new opportunities, and present to C-suite executives.

You should have 5 years of experience with observability or application performance management technologies and techniques, and be passionate about innovative technology and technical sales. The role offers a competitive base salary range of $130K – $160K with a 75/25 OTE, unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and medical/dental benefits.
Requirements
- Previous 5 years of experience with observability or application performance management technologies and techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to produce a working outcome and be able to manage this process
- Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously, work with salespeople, and support other SEs where needed
- Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
- Must live in or near Denver
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required
- 3 years of experience within the observability space
