Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a VP of Total Rewards, People Operations & Analytics to lead the company’s talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and people operations strategy. This role is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive programs aligning with Dyne’s people philosophy and culture, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards, and supporting a highly efficient employee experience. The position is based in Waltham, MA and is a key member of the HR Leadership Team.
Requirements

- Lead annual compensation planning and benefits administration.
- Build and manage ADP Workforce Now/HRIS
- Drive continuous innovation in HR analytics and automation.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory adherence
- Excellent compensation and benefits administration experience
- Proven expertise in executive compensation.
