We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our network, win new customers, and contribute to the overall team success of eAces.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, engineering, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or personnel services; experience in selling personnel services or consulting projects is a major plus
- In-depth knowledge of IT, digitalization, and consulting projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a secure, empathetic demeanor in dealing with different counterparts
- High resilience and endurance in a competitive market
- Negotiable German and English language skills in word and writing
- Secure handling of modern communication systems and applications
