Wangara Hyundai is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing vehicle sales team, driving performance, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience throughout the buying journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within automotive sales
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the retail sales process
• Ability to inspire, develop and manage a high-performing team
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Current and valid driver’s licence
• Full Australian working rights
