Prepare financial reports, monitor financial performance, provide financial insights, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
• Non-profit financial experience, especially in healthcare or CMH is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
