Analyst, Sales Operations (EMEA)

Role Overview

The role is based in Antwerp, Belgium, and involves supporting the Sales teams through accurate reporting, orderbook follow-up, and coordination of key sales processes to help achieve sales targets and business objectives for Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include preparing and following up on monthly sales forecasts, monitoring the orderbook, preparing regular sales reports, working closely with Channel Sales teams, maintaining customer master data in SAP, and assisting with process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data, Statistics, Maths or a related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data and reports
• Structured way of working, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive mindset
• Interest in sales operations and business processes, with willingness to learn and improve
• Basic experience or exposure to reporting, data analysis, or sales support activities
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Nice to have knowledge of SAP or Power BI
