Business Intelligence Analyst

Join the Data Analytics Centre of Enablement (CoE) team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Develop reports, visualisations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings and present insights as actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. Support the BI Analyst community, analyse complex data, and perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions. Have effective communication & storytelling skills to communicate important findings and provide recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Develop reports, visualisations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings
• Support the BI Analyst community as a growing and thriving community of practice
• Analyse complex data and perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions
• Support with design and delivery of technical training for analytical tools and their associated ways of working
• Be an advocate for the data analytics operating model, encouraging adoption of best practices within the BI Analyst community
• Have effective communication & storytelling skills to communicate important findings and provide recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Champion data fluency and self-serve analytics, engaging with stakeholders to show why data is important and how to create, interpret and communicate insights effectively
• Ensure that data tools and reports are well-explained and documented, as well as educating colleagues about such best practices
• Provide an understanding of how to use the information effectively to achieve desired outcomes
