Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Serve as a business partner to the Plant Manager by providing accurate and timely financial information related to the production load plan, site expenses, cost savings initiatives, special analyses, headcount, and other key metrics.

What You Will Do

Assist in month-end closing process, prepare and monitor finance/accounting activities, support CAPEX initiatives, evaluate cost reduction projects, and assist in special projects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, and proficiency in Excel, AS400, Oracle, and Mapics.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Full Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• PC knowledge: Windows, Microsoft Office
• Profiency in Excel
• AS400
• Oracle and Mapics
• Audit techniques and general Accountant Principles
