The Product Sales Manager leads the commercial direction of the voltage regulator product line, guiding product specialists and application engineers in developing proposals, managing orders, and supporting regional technical needs. This role serves as the key link between Sales, Engineering, and customers to support negotiations, align requirements, and drive profit plan goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, sales/marketing from an accredited institution.
  • Five (5) years of marketing, sales, or operational experience in the electrical industry.
  • Two (2) years of people management experience
  • One (1) year of experience using ERP and quotation systems.
