Senior Data Analyst

Eaton Corporation’s Center for Intelligent Power has an opening for a Senior Data Scientist who will design data-driven solutions to solve critical business problems, understand company needs, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance or develop products using new or existing data streams.

Requirements

• Design data-driven solutions to solve critical business problems, understand company needs, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance or develop products using new or existing data streams.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support decision-making for internal stakeholders
• Integrate data & perform ad-hoc analysis and prototype ideas, research and develop statistical models, and run experiments
• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytics workflows using Python and Azure services
• Deploy and manage analytics solutions on Azure, including Azure Functions and data storage services
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability through validation, monitoring, and documentation
• Present analytical findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using visualizations and structured narratives
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions for scalable analytics and reporting solutions
• Support and enhance existing analytics products and dashboards based on evolving business needs
• Mentor others in the use of tools and techniques
• Create Reusable components which would accelerate algorithm development cycle
