Senior Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build eBacon’s product marketing function and guide new products and features from development to market success. This is a hands-on role that requires using AI tools to speed up launch content and analyze customer feedback.

What You Will Do

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will take products and features from development through sales, marketing, and operational rollout, making sure each team is ready at launch. They will also deliver product demos, create sales enablement materials, and train sales and customer-facing teams on new releases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related go-to-market role
• Experience building a product marketing function or launch process from scratch
• B2B marketing experience
• A track record of launching products or features across multiple departments
• Confidence delivering product demos and presenting to customers and stakeholders
• Strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical features into clear customer benefits
• Experience building reports or scorecards and making recommendations from data
• Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., HubSpot)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in daily marketing or product work, with examples of how they improved results or efficiency
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
