Role Overview

The Billing Operations Analyst will be responsible for delivering revenue administration activities, managing queries, and supporting the delivery of quarterly management fee invoicing. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.

The successful candidate will deliver revenue administration activities, manage and respond to queries, support the delivery of quarterly management fee invoicing, and prepare and post revenue accruals.

Requirements

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation, reconciliation, analysis, lookup functions, and complex formula construction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an operational finance, billing, revenue administration, or accounting environment
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a controlled environment
