Role Overview

The Field Marketing Manager will support the growth of Ecolab’s Life Sciences business in the APAC region by developing and executing localized marketing initiatives, analyzing financial and performance data, and managing product portfolios.

• Proven ability to execute regional marketing tactics with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting/data analysis
• Excellent presentation skills for both customer-facing and internal audiences
• Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures, including virtual teams
• Business-to-business marketing experience within biopharma, cleanroom, pharma or supporting pharma industry
• Good understanding of Biopharma workflow especially purification experience is a bonus
• Good connections within the related industry is a plus
• Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures; strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Independent, self-starter, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• High proficiency in using MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science (chemistry, biology, microbiology, etc.), engineering, healthcare, or life sciences
• 8–10 years’ experience in marketing, marketing management, customer facing roles in healthcare, life sciences industry
