The People Operations Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of core HR operations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a consistent employee experience across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Laws, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations, with demonstrated ownership of core HR processes.
• Solid understanding of labor law, HR compliance, payroll operations, and employee lifecycle management.
