Business Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving business growth through platforms.

What You Will Do

Own core business KPIs, support quarterly promotion planning, design automated communication flows, operate internal CRM and platform backend, monitor promotion and campaign performance, plan and execute campaign content.

Requirements

• 2+ years in growth marketing, trade/product marketing, or related fields
• Strong copywriting skills

• Experience with AI tools
• Experience with CRM or sales operations platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
• Strong project execution, communication, and problem-solving skills
