Product Ops Specialist (Singpass)

Role Overview

As a Product Ops Specialist at GovTech, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of digital services, working closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and customer support teams. You will be responsible for preparing teams and users for product changes, monitoring product and operational outcomes, and turning user insights into improvements.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include preparing teams and users for product changes, coordinating operational and stakeholder readiness for app and portal releases, assessing how changes will affect different user groups, and developing and maintaining release checklists and operating procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product operations, service operations, customer experience, quality assurance, business analysis, project management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage operational activities, investigate problems and drive process improvements
• Experience supporting digital product releases, improving user journeys or managing operational changes
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI or workflow automation tools
