Marketing Campaign Manager

Education Advanced, Inc. is a rapidly growing educational technology company in the K-12 industry. Our goal is to create software solutions that empower educators to work more efficiently in the areas of master scheduling, staff planning, curriculum management, assessment coordination, educator growth, graduation tracking, and program evaluation. We are looking for a creative, analytical, collaborative marketer to join our fast-growing team.

The Marketing Campaign Manager will manage and execute our campaign strategy to support pipeline and drive demand generation. This person will manage the overall campaign calendar, collaborate across functions to gather insight to inform campaign strategy, and analyze campaigns to improve performance. This person will also support the execution of successful email and sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will be analytical and strategic in nature, value planning and forethought, and understanding how to monitor and measure campaign performance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
• Execute, monitor, and measure marketing campaigns and their success
• Work cross-functionally to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
• Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns in collaboration with sales leadership
• Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey
• Ensure content created is accurate, high-quality, and error-free
• Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 2+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills who likes to work hard and have fun
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Superb organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once
• Impeccable eye for detail
• Exhibit a growth mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow new skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
