Head of Revenue Operations

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to align New Business, Marketing, and Customer Success and build a scalable engine for growth.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build reporting and funnel insights from lead → renewal to improve forecasting and conversion
  • Audit and optimise GTM processes, removing bottlenecks and introducing scalable automation
  • Own the CRM and revenue tech stack, ensuring clean data, strong governance, and usability
  • Improve sales & marketing alignment (attribution, lead scoring, segmentation, enablement)
  • Support quarterly/annual planning with data-driven models and KPI cadences

Ideal background:

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / similar in B2B SaaS (developer tools a plus)
  • Strong analytics + operational chops, comfortable moving between strategy and execution
  • Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional leadership
