Role Overview

Skimmer is a private equity-backed company with 7000+ customers using its pool service platform. The company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join its team, reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations.

What You Will Do

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for keeping the business running on trusted reporting, helping run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards and performance reporting, and making CRM data clean, complete, and automatic.

The ideal candidate will have prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics, with a background in vertical SaaS, and experience with SQL, CRM platforms, and AI tools.

Requirements

• Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics
• Proven expertise in SQL, plus experience querying a cloud data warehouse
• Proven experience with CRM platforms, including data structures, field mapping, and data-quality workflows
• Outstanding ability to support a recurring production reporting process
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with both clean, well-defined data sources and raw, messy data
• Proficiency in a BI or reporting tool
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a proven track record of building cross-functional relationships
• Experience with AI tools for prototyping and analysis
