The Senior Revenue Operations Strategist is an experienced individual-contributor role responsible for independently leading Kuno’s most complex, enterprise-scale HubSpot engagements, from platform strategy and hands-on implementation through ongoing optimization, while managing a dedicated book of client accounts. This role adds critical technical and strategic depth, working alongside RevOps Leadership as Kuno scales its portfolio of HubSpot Enterprise clients. The Senior Strategist combines deep platform expertise, integration know-how, and consultative strategy skills to design scalable systems, elevate the broader RevOps team’s technical capabilities, and build the delivery capacity Kuno needs to take on larger, more complex client engagements. This role is reserved for practitioners who consistently demonstrate expertise leading enterprise-scale client engagements with minimal oversight while serving as a technical resource to the broader Revenue Operations team.
If you love the moment a client’s tech stack finally clicks into place, this role is for you. You’ll own the discovery process for our largest HubSpot clients, learn how their sales, marketing, and service teams actually work, and then build the systems that bring it all together. You’ll guide engagements from that first “how does everything connect” conversation through implementation and ongoing optimization. This role is built for someone who’s spent years working deeply in HubSpot, is comfortable across every Hub, and can step into a messy integration and know exactly where to start.
