Associate Director, Business Development

Role Overview

We are 10 Design, a dynamic and innovative architecture and master planning practice. The Associate Director, Business Development will support the Principal, Business Development for all issues relating to Business Development for the firm across Asia.

What You Will Do

Identify potential projects, coordinate and prepare tender submissions, maintain and update the Company’s electronic database, ensure regular communication with clients, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Degree educated or relevant years of industry experience
• Experience in the architectural industry is highly desirable
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, database management and page layout
• Proven relevant working experience in architectural sector
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of business development strategies and activities
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and converting opportunities to contract
• Ability to communicate professionally across all levels, both internally and externally
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to build relationships at all levels
• Sound commercial acumen – able to work with integrity, ensuring matters are dealt with confidentially
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Organised and able to multi task and prioritise
