Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will lead growth and investment initiatives in the real estate and entertainment park sectors, aligned with Vision 2030 objectives. The role combines business development, RFP/tender management, and investment origination responsibilities, ensuring compliance with government tendering regulations while driving partnerships, fundraising, and structuring funds/SPVs for strategic projects.

What You Will Do

Identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities to expand entertainment and real estate projects. Develop feasibility studies, and business cases to support new ventures and collaborations with the private sector. Originate and attract interest from local and international investors for government-led projects.

Strong expertise in fundraising, JV structuring, project finance, PPP frameworks, and fund/SPV establishment. Demonstrated experience in Saudi government RFP & tendering regulations (Etimad, Ariba, Oracle).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development, corporate finance, or investment management
  • Prior experience in government, real estate, PPP, or entertainment sector projects required
  • Strong expertise in fundraising, JV structuring, project finance, PPP frameworks, and fund/SPV establishment
  • Demonstrated experience in Saudi government RFP & tendering regulations (Etimad, Ariba, Oracle)
