As a Parts Sales Manager, you will drive sales performance, foster a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
What You Will Do
You will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees, monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards, and lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
