Chief Revenue Officer

About Eicore

For nearly 10 years, Eicore has built the systems that run core insurance operations for enterprise insurers across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Hong Kong. Our clients include Generali, AXA and, most recently, SBI General. We’re ISO 27001 and CMMI Level 3 certified.

We’re now building a new age P&C (Property and Casualty) Platform that brings governed, intelligent decisioning into the daily work of underwriters, actuaries, claims teams, and operations. It captures not just what was decided, but why, so insurers can adopt AI in regulated workflows with full traceability. The new product is aimed for developed markets e.g. UK, Europe, and the US and some of the advance countries in other geographies.

The Role

We’re hiring our first Chief Revenue Officer to lead Eicore’s evolution from an established enterprise solutions business to a scalable, product-led platform company. You’ll own the entire revenue engine: new business, our existing enterprise client base, customer success, partnerships, and revenue operations.

This is a builder role with a rare starting point. You’ll have real customers, deep domain credibility, and referenceable deployments, plus a new platform and a new commercial model to build. You’ll work closely with the founders and product leadership to shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market as the platform matures.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead the enterprise sales function for existing and future products, owning complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with insurers across existing and new geographies.
  • Grow and evolve our existing client relationships, expanding accounts and transitioning customers toward platform subscription models.
  • Design the pricing, packaging, and contract structures for a platform business, including usage- or outcome-linked models, with Finance and Product.
  • Shape implementation and onboarding so customers reach value quickly, with delivery that scales rather than depending on long-term bespoke services.
  • Build a Customer Success function accountable for adoption, renewals, and net revenue retention.
  • Develop partnerships with system integrators, consultancies, and the analyst ecosystem as a revenue channel.
  • Establish the RevOps backbone (CRM, forecasting, compensation design, reporting) and align incentives with recurring revenue.

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years in enterprise software revenue leadership, including 3–5+ years as CRO, VP Sales, or equivalent.
  • Direct experience leading a business through conventional and innovative approach.
  • Track record selling into insurers or other regulated financial institutions, with long cycles and buying committees spanning business, IT, risk, and procurement.
  • Experience building integrated Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps functions, not just a sales team.
  • Experience with non-linear pricing models (usage-, consumption-, or value-based).
  • Strong financial fluency across both services economics (utilisation, margin) and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR).
  • Credibility at executive and board level, and experience selling across multiple regions.

Why This Role Matters

As our first CRO, you’ll define how Eicore wins commercially in its next chapter. You won’t inherit a playbook, but you won’t start from zero either. You’ll build the revenue engine that turns a trusted enterprise business into a category-leading platform.
