Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will define and scale operational best practices, support sales strategy and planning, and drive data-informed decision-making across the sales organization. This role requires a solid understanding of sales processes and industry best practices, with the ability to predict how product releases, changing coverage models, and sales policy changes will affect the sales team.

What You Will Do

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will analyze business health, present data-driven recommendations to senior management, design and interpret key performance metrics, identify areas of weakness, and develop targeted plans to address gaps. They will also identify untapped market potential, design and implement sales plans to capture growth opportunities, and manage core sales operations functions.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce
• Experience in related cloud-based or web-based technologies
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Systems Analysis, or a similar function
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to shift priorities quickly, solve problems creatively, and deliver quality results under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Strong data and analytics acumen
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
• Proven change management and process transformation experience
• End-to-end implementation and support experience with global business systems
