Elder Research Inc. seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Exploitation Specialist (Data Scientist) to join our team in the DC Metro Area. The ideal candidate will have a background in intelligence experience, data science, and database management, with a strong proficiency in Python and experience working with large datasets.

What You Will Do

The Senior Exploitation Specialist (Data Scientist) will be responsible for managing databases, creating processes to identify analytical discoveries, and providing visualizations to support daily operations. They will also develop and manage multiple projects and solutions in a high tempo environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Cartography, Geospatial Sciences, Physical Sciences, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in database management or a related field
• Experience in intelligence missions and data science
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with large datasets
• Ability to operate at a senior level and in an independent environment
• Familiarity with common Intelligence Community (IC) data repositories
