Role Overview

Join the Data & Insights team at Electronic Arts to work on transformative insights and solutions for game teams and players. As a Data Scientist, you’ll build models and experiments to inform marketing strategy and shape budget allocation, impact measurement, and performance forecasting.

What You Will Do

Design and analyze Bayesian Hierarchical Media Mix Models, geo-based incrementality experiments, and retargeting experiments. Develop budget optimization tools and forecasting models to project game performance. Translate model insights into actionable recommendations for media buyers and stakeholders.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a Master’s degree in a quantitative field and 2-5 years of experience in data science or analytics. You’ll work closely with media buyers and present results to stakeholders, so strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics)
  • 2–5 years of experience in data science or analytics
  • Familiarity with Bayesian Hierarchical Media Mix Models, causal inference techniques, and experimental design
  • Strong experience with Python/R and SQL
  • Comfort working in a Bayesian modeling framework
