What You Will Do
Lead marketing analytics strategy across multiple EA Entertainment franchises, partner with other insights teams, guide experimentation strategy and measurement frameworks, and oversee application of MMM, incrementality, and attribution methodologies.

Requirements
- 10+ years experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related field
- Experience leading analytics teams supporting global products or services
- Proficiency influencing VP-level stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Proficiency applying marketing measurement methods (MMM, incrementality, LTV)
- Experience developing team capability across analytics and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
