Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will assist the onshore services team in monthly/quarterly forecast and annual planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables. The role will involve working directly with global business partners, creating new Power BI reports, and interacting with various business partners across different locations.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and reporting, including discussing plan and forecast numbers, loading them into the system, and providing commentary on major variances. They will also work on creating new Power BI reports and interacting with business partners.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related Financial and FP&A experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be highly motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and have a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration in Finance (not mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of related Financial and FP&A experience
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Anaplan and/or Power Bi (plus)
