Role Overview
As a Sales Director on our Commercial Sales team, you will directly impact the financial success of the organization through the acquisition of new business and the development of strategic customer relationships. You will drive profitable revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing complex commercial opportunities while positioning Element as a trusted business advisor.
What You Will Do
Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients within assigned territory and target segments. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, industry engagement, and outbound business development activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of successful experience in complex B2B solution sales environments
- Minimum of 5 years of sales, customer management, or direct fleet management experience
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives
- Demonstrated success acquiring new customers through a structured sales methodology
