Role Overview
Join our Consumer Marketing Team and develop skills to engage with consumers and patients in Germany. We’re looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with a practical mindset. You’ll design and implement consumer-oriented initiatives to ensure relevance and promote consumer engagement.
What You Will Do
Bring the Consumer Plan to life, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns using data and insights. Develop content-driven campaigns, rethink patient interactions, and orchestrate consumer messaging. Develop creative platforms, social media ecosystems, and partnerships to connect emotionally and intellectually with consumers.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally in multinational companies
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, insights, and segmentation
- Proven expertise in end-to-end orchestration of the consumer journey
- Excellent knowledge of digital/multi-channel marketing
- Fundamental skills in campaign measurement, optimization, and data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record of success in managing cross-functional, complex projects
- Excellent project management and stakeholder leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent German and English skills
