Domain Data Engineer – Power Grid & System Operations (f/m/d)

As a Domain Data Engineer – Power Grid & System Operations at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, you will work with data specialists to develop data integration processes for a secure and stable power grid, designing, implementing, and operating automated data pipelines, and shaping data streams for system management. You will develop products in the domain of Forecasting and Planning Data, provide quality-assured forecast deliveries, and work with system management specialists to analyze and integrate internal and external data requirements.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable/ regenerative energy, business engineering, or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience with common development methods and tools (e.g., Git, Testing Frameworks, Code Reviews)
• Fluent German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2) in writing and speaking
