Elicit is a Series A startup building an AI research platform to improve reasoning for high-stakes decisions. We’re seeking a Senior or Principal Customer Success Manager to independently own a complex book of enterprise accounts and help shape Elicit’s CS motion.

  • AI fluency
  • CS builder mindset
  • Pharma or regulated industry experience
