The Business Development Sales Engineer is a leadership pipeline position that involves identifying new profitable opportunities, supporting customer programs, and expanding the company’s presence in key strategic markets, including aerospace, defense, and high-performance manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business related fields, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5 years’ industrial, manufacturing, sales/marketing experience
  • Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Industrial areas, with metals experience
  • Strong technical / mechanical aptitude
  • Leadership desire and growth potential
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally
