Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, Brazil, you will play a key role in driving business growth across one of our most important markets. In this strategic position, you will connect brand, commercial, customer, digital, and educational initiatives to deliver impactful trade marketing programs, strengthen customer partnerships, and elevate embecta’s presence across the healthcare landscape.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement annual strategic marketing plans for Brazil, integrating initiatives across key audiences, including patients and healthcare professionals. Lead the planning and execution of congresses, trade fairs, customer events, educational programs, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum five years’ experience in Marketing, preferably within healthcare or consumer goods
• Experience managing events, congresses, trade fairs, educational programs, and promotional initiatives
• Ability to translate marketing strategy and commercial priorities into strong customer and market execution
• Experience working closely with Sales and Trade Marketing, including POS materials and in-store activation
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, agencies, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Portuguese and English mandatory; Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
• Experience developing customer or channel plans, trade marketing activations, promotional calendars, product launches or Joint Business Plans is highly desirable
